We are offering an exciting Traineeship opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kick start their career in civil construction. There is no experience required, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Join our friendly team and help deliver a major road construction project where you will gain on-the-job work experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

Permanent Full-Time Opportunity
Location: Carseldine
Fully Funded Training: Complete a Certificate III in Civil Construction – Road Construction & Maintenance through a comprehensive 3-year traineeship. Be paid to study on the job.
Hands-On Learning: Work within a small crew to develop skills and abilities that compliment training modules.

About You

Positive & Proactive Attitude: Approaches challenges with enthusiasm, demonstrating initiative and a strong commitment to problem-solving.

Reliable & Punctual: Demonstrates consistent reliability and punctuality in all work commitments and attendance.

Effective Communication: Basic proficiency in interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Safety Awareness: A keen understanding of safety principles and a commitment to adhering to safety protocols.

Commitment to Learning: Demonstrated ability and motivation to complete a fully funded certificate-level qualification.

Health and Fitness: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and willingness to engage in day/night shifts as required.

Driver's License: Possession of a minimum "C" class driver’s license, with access to a reliable vehicle (highly desirable).

Eligibility: Must meet citizenship, residency, and visa requirements for working in Australia.
